The minibar was completely empty. What a joke for a supposed 5-star hotel! and getting hold of the concierge? forget it! i tried calling multiple times and either nobody answered or i was left listening to the ringing tone for ages. after all that waiting, i still had to stand around for an extra fifteen minutes while they fetched my car from valet parking. honestly, you would think they were bringing it from another country!

The room was adequately clean and the location proved convenient.

Upon arrival, I found the room decor underwhelming lacking any fresh feeling. The pillows were too soft for my liking. Soundproofing was also inadequate as I could clearly hear hallway conversations.

the breakfast buffet was acceptable and provided many options to choose from.

I found mold in the corners of the bathroom tiles. I didn't feel comfortable walking barefoot in there. i also found holding the toilet seat up while using the bathroom to be a pain.
